A pretty fun run, though it went a LOT longer than I expected, partly because this is the first game I've played since Endless Mode became a thing and partly because I spent a lot of the game with something like three block dice and one attack die thanks to some transform shenanigans.
The stats don't mention it, but I frequently gained 40-some block in a single turn, and once healed myself by more than 50. (Which sounds excessive, but I was on single-digit health at the time, and hadn't picked up the sturdy heal die.)
i think i found a bug in your game /wink she was 7 hp, but still....i have been playing the absolute snot out of this game. hollow grow life, destroy pink dice, always take the poop.
Love the dices at the enemies. Surprised you made grow work on terrain; it is rather OP now. There is a new bug: when hovering over a heavy, it doesn't show queen's mark, you can only detect it with honey
The game plays wonderfully on a smartphone, and I must confess that I have no interest in playing it on a computer (I added it to my Steam wishlist anyway 😉)
The only issue right now, and it's a big one: my browser keeps deleting my game progress...
After the umpteenth time losing my progress mid-game, I think I’ll manage to unhook myself from this game until a mobile version exists. I hope I find out about it then 😅
Just wanted to say I love the game, Alarts! Bought it earlier but I'm away from my PC and was delighted to see the browser version got the update too. Thanks for that. :-) And good luck on the Steam version, can't wait to see it!
The main issue I see is that there isn't a lot of variance in the early game, which makes it a bit repetitive after a dozen games. I'm sure this will be fixed in the full game, but some extra variety in the demo would be great.
Another issue is the low level of information on enemy actions. We might be a bit spoiled by the full transparency of Into the Beach or Slay the Spire, but some increase of the information level would be appreciated. Otherwise you get tempted to go on wikis, and that spoils some of the fun whether you do it or not.
I love the game! The art looks very nice and colorful (the kind of art I wish I could do, I really like it). I also loved the mechanics, and the short encounters between the battles are creative. The game play is simple but engaging, and I think it's the perfect game for when you want a light rogue-like to play, or when you are waiting for something. And, of course, my potato PC can run it with no problem (it runs Minecraft with OptiFine, low graphics etc and 2 chunks of view and yet it lags sometimes. Just saying so you will know).
By the way, I don't know much about dice building games but I had never seen that mechanic before, and I like it very much. Would it bother you if I used a mechanic alike in a game? Not that I want to compete with you in any way, I just found the idea really good.
So basically, my first ever run was soft locked by an enemy I cannot deal enough damage to because a previous event made me lose an attack die but it can't outpace my block/healing either.
Definitely potential here but maybe some systems to help prevent these things would help.

heavily influenced by Slay the Spire
I'm begging you, remove the mirror dice from the evil frog. She couldn't come close to hurting me, but it took me way to long to kill her.
I was trying to either thin my dice bag down or get an attack but I got one discard option, and no attacks pop up.
I had 3 attack dice that were super low DMG due to RNG. I eventually widdled her down, but it took forever.
Good game~ I like it
Are there more dice beyond the eternal dice?? I keep thinking I've got them all lol
Got to level 57 in endless mode. That was a grind. Health got to 101, and I took 365 turns lol.
Fun to play once.
Also frog furry.
Nice
question: What does the awakened gem do?
the bee is hard
So...I got to the Spider challenge.
Question 1: "How many choices do you get to choose from after beating a boss?"
Here's a screenshot after beating the bee, by the way:
Evidently, "Wrong!"
So...be warned. The Spider challenge...is bugged. :D
I think it meant the bee boss in normal mode (3 choices first, then 1 heal choice) which is 4. The answer for 4 for me when I played so yk

A bit sad that it only make you choose to lose 2 dices in stead of the former 3; makes it even more difficult to avoid having too many dices
bro it's not dice/dices it's die/dice
Dieshez
That would be very lovely to see that game not only at steam, but on apple's app store too.
Extremely fun, amazing replayability, and the new updates keep me coming back for more!
What is the bomb die?
Got all medals and was finally victorious!

nah
42+3=44.
Why?
u mean 45?
For some reason i get 44 health.
If anyone wants to have dev mode press 'D' 3 times and then '1'(one)
it didnt work for me :(
Maybe try doing an uppercase D and then the one(in case you pressed l instead of 1 lol)
ill edit my comment to change it a bit
ill try it
thx btw
it worked! :D
how do i do this
Didn't work for me at all
If the game is made by Unity, how am I able to play it from Google Chrome?
This is great fun, and has a lot of potential.

I wish you success!

Please dev launch the final update on itch. I want more content. It has been more than a week since the said release date.
Hey, sorry for the wait! The latest update (1.6.1) is now up here on itchio, enjoy :)
This is great game
Also, Amazing game!! I have been playing since 1.2 and I love to see how the game has grown.
Didn't they say they would put the update here as well as a final goodbye to itch? I don't see it...
The latest update will release on itch too pretty soon :)
Sorry for the wait!
amazing
Love this! This game is gonna blow up!

DID IT
secret found: Press P for his pants to go missing and Press G for glasses
thanks, well done
Stays interesting and strategic throughout, one of my favorite rougelikes I've played all year. Looking foward to steam release.
A little annoying at first, but it pays off if you keep going.
it looks nice, but annoying monotonous music that cannot be turned off spoils the whole impression
The music actually can be turned off, when you pause the game. (But idk, maybe when you played it couldn't, if so sorry for replying)
