Fun game! Really cool to see this came from a Brackeys game jam- I'm curious to see how it progressed! Huge fan of the audio- both music and SFX. Additionally, art is beautiful.
Did want to mention, I did run into a bug in the tutorial- essentially, during the boost dice section, if an attack dice is played before the boost dice, the player is still prompted to put down a dice to boost, even though the attack dice is already on the board.
This is a cool formula! Reminds me of Dicey Dungeons a bit, but I mean how far can you stray away from the concept of dice, haha.
I've been playing this game for like 2 years now and FINALLY got to floor 25 with over 45hp and the frog boss said the same thing about me being too weak and etc but I still had 2hp so the he said some stuff about only having one thing left to do so he gave me 9999 damage!!!! Mannnn I'm so sad I wish I could play the frog boss, though it did say "Victory".
A funny strat: first get terra die, then get boost die, then get block dice, fight an enemy that constantly heals or deals weak damage, then place terra down and boost while blocking, repeat that over and over again(At least five times) then get your overkill die and use it on the enemy.
Grow is a function of a die where each time you play it the grow value is increased by one, and that value is added to it the next time you play the die.
Lose your life over to a demo of a game that now exists in the full version. Pointlessly spend hours playing something that has no meaning. Eventually, through the game's strange logic of random chance, your desired wish shall be fulfilled. However, at the end of it all, you will leave feeling empty. You will ponder on why you wasted precious hours of your life striving for this meaningless set of zeroes and ones. You will end up far more unhappy that you could have fathomed when you set out on this quest. At the same time, a small part of you lingers on... perhaps there is more of the game to explore... Even if you fulfill your goals, however, you will find that they do not bring fulfillment or happiness. Those are precious things, that can only come from one source. Most reject this source entirely for one reason or another. The path is wide that leads to destruction, but on the narrow road that leads to happiness, few tread.

You can play the frog boss. You just have to play again after getting to the floor 25 the first time and you can fight and defeat him.
